We had a great experience and would definitely buy from The House Designers again! The house is beautiful! We made a few changes here and there but kept most of the design the way the designer intended. If you decide to build this house consider altering the location of the laundry room. We added cupboards and a laundry chute, but still wish we had moved it to have a larger space and used this as a mudroom. We added more windows to the basement and decided to share the large closet and make a steam shower in the smaller master closet and use the shower space as a linen closet. What a great decision! The steam shower is our favorite room in the house!
